More people will enter the industry.  

Getting licenses and paperwork will become easier.

Getting a license will be simple.  

Getting clients will be difficult.  

A license will not build trust.  

A license will not build a brand.  

A license will not create differentiation.

Most agencies will look similar.  

They will offer the same guards.  

They will make the same promises.  

Price competition will increase.  

Pricing wars will become common.  

Margins will fall.  

Single-digit margins will become normal, like payroll services.

This will not happen because pricing is wrong.  

It will happen because differentiation is missing.

Building a large agency will not depend only on effort.  

It will depend on working capital.  

It will depend on brand building.

Manpower availability will become difficult.  

Working hours will remain long.  

Pay growth will remain slow.  

Many workers will choose other industries.

Manpower-supplying states will also develop.  

Migration will reduce.  

Guards will move only for better pay and better living standards.

Pricing will not be fully in the agency’s control.  

Cost control will matter the most.

Agencies that survive will control costs better.  

They will reduce leakages.  

They will improve deployment discipline.  

They will track profitability closely.

Demand for security services will continue to grow.  

Infrastructure development will create new opportunities.  

Factories, warehouses, hospitals, and housing projects will need security.

Tier-2 cities will grow faster.  

Competition will be lower.  

Opportunities will be higher.

Technology adoption will increase.  

Clients will demand transparency.  

Clients will demand reporting.  

Clients will demand accountability.

Technology will become a strength for serious agencies.  

Manpower plus technology will win over manpower alone.

Building an agency with 200–300 guards will remain possible.  

Personal connections will still work.  

Local reputation will still matter.

Scaling beyond that will need systems.  

Scaling beyond that will need processes.  

Becoming a big agency will need brand building.

2026 will not reward the cheapest agency.  

It will reward the most controlled agency.  

It will reward the most professional agency.
