Smart Supervisor App is a subscription-based software service provided by Techguard Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd.
All subscription fees paid for the use of Smart Supervisor App are non-refundable.
Refunds shall not be provided in the following situations:
Partial usage of the service
Non-usage of the service
Change in business requirements
Business closure
User dissatisfaction after activation of the subscription
Suspension or termination due to violation of Terms and Conditions
In the event of a duplicate payment or payment processing error, the Company may review the transaction and process a refund, if applicable, within 7 working days after verification.
